Thank you for registering for The Shift Your Life Club. As a gift here are some tips and exercises to do to start shifting your life.
Seven Ways to Shift Your Perspective
1.) Appreciate your life. By appreciating your life you add value to it. Make a list of all the things you appreciate in your life.
2.) Take a negative thought inventory. Pay attention to any negative thoughts you have throughout the day. Make a list of them. Notice if there is a pattern to these thoughts.
3.) Open your heart to give and receive greater love. Think of someone who has wronged you in the past. Think of that person and send them positive energy. You do not have to forgive them, but send them positive energy for them being human.
4.) Take the time to think about the direction you want your life to go. What direction do you want your relationships to go? What direction do you want your career to go? What direction do you want your finances to go? What direction do you want your health to go?
5.) Be grateful. Make a list of 40 things you are grateful for right now.
6.) Laugh. Find reasons to laugh.
7.) Create the picture in your mind of what your life will be like when all your intentions have manifested. See the picture vividly in your mind. How do you feel? Feel that feeling as you see the vision.
